Orders & payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay by credit or debit card through PayPal's checkout.

What currency are your prices in?
All our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you pay in another currency, your bank or PayPal will convert the amount at their own exchange rate.

Do prices include tax?
Yes, for orders in Canada, all prices already include applicable Canadian taxes. For orders outside Canada, please see the import duties question under Shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
Of course. Just email us at tofuito.ca@gmail.com with your order number before your order is dispatched (we usually dispatch within 3 business days), and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. If your order is already on its way, you're still welcome to return it under our return policy. Pre-orders follow the pre-order terms below.

Promotions

Do you offer a discount for new customers?
Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter and we'll send you a welcome offer for your first order. It can be used once per customer.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?
Sale items are already specially priced, so discount codes can't be added on top of them. You're welcome to use your code on the other items in the same order.

Can I return sale items?
Yes. Sale items can be returned just like full-price items, within 30 days of delivery.

Do I get a free gift?
During selected promotions, orders over $150 come with a complimentary TOFUITO pouch, while supplies last. The colour is a little surprise, chosen at random. There's no code to enter: we'll simply add it to your parcel.

What happens to the free pouch if I return something?
If the items you keep still add up to $150 or more, the pouch is yours to keep. If they come to less than $150, we kindly ask you to send the pouch back together with your return.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Hong Kong.

How long will my order take?
We dispatch orders within 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes: Canada 2–10 business days, Australia 10–18, New Zealand 12–20, Japan 9–14 and Hong Kong 7–12. Every order is shipped with tracking, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within Canada is free on orders of CAD $150 or more. For all other orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?
For orders outside Canada, your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees when the parcel arrives. These are collected by the carrier on delivery and aren't included in our prices or shipping costs.

Returns

What is your return policy?
If something isn't quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please keep the item unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging. Just email us at tofuito.ca@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll reply within 1–2 business days with full return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll issue your refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show it.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?
Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. Once we've confirmed it, we'll cover the return shipping and refund you in full.

Who pays for return shipping?
For a change of mind, size or fit, the return shipping is arranged and covered by you. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover it. Return shipping from outside Canada can cost more, so our size tables and measuring guide are there to help you find the right fit the first time.

Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment, but it's easy to get the right size: simply return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

Pre-orders

How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items show an estimated shipping date on the product page, and payment is taken in full when you order. You're free to cancel any time before it ships, in exchange for store credit. If there's a delay, we'll let you know by email and you can choose a full refund instead.

Sizing & care

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size & Fit table with garment measurements in cm or inches. Tap "How we measure" to see exactly how each piece was measured. A helpful tip: measure a similar piece you already own and compare.

Many pieces are oversized. Should I size down?
Our oversized pieces are designed to fit loosely on purpose: the relaxed shape is part of the look, so there's usually no need to size down. If you prefer a closer fit, compare the chest and length measurements with a piece you own, or email us and we'll gladly help.

How do I care for my pieces?
You'll find care instructions under Product details on each product page. Most of our pieces are machine washable.
