Shipping policy
We currently ship across Canada (excluding Saskatchewan and Manitoba for now), and to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Hong Kong, using Canada Post and other trusted carriers.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Within Canada
We offer free standard shipping across Canada on orders of CAD $150 or more.
For orders below CAD $150, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
The CAD $150 free shipping threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts.
After dispatch, delivery within Canada normally takes 2–10 business days. Including order processing, most Canadian orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–13 business days.
Delivery to northern or remote areas may take longer.
International Shipping (Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Hong Kong)
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout.
After dispatch, international delivery normally takes:
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- New Zealand: 12–22 business days
- Japan: 10–20 business days
- Hong Kong: 10–20 business days
Please add up to 3 business days for order processing. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout.
Prices do not include import duties or taxes. Any duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country on delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
