Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies to both regular-price and sale items.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at tofuito.ca@gmail.com with your order number. Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

• Change of mind, size or fit: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Our mistake: If you received the wrong item or wrong size, or your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once approved, TOFUITO will cover the full return shipping cost. We may ask for further photos, or for the item to be returned, so we can assess the claim. If we find the item is not damaged or defective, our standard change-of-mind return terms apply.

Need a different size?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

International orders (Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Hong Kong)

Returns from outside Canada are accepted under this same policy. Return shipping to Canada is international and is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake. International return postage can be costly, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Import duties and taxes paid on delivery are not refundable by TOFUITO.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our mistake. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are marked "Pre-order" on the product page, together with an estimated shipping date. Payment is taken in full when you place your pre-order.

• Cancelling before shipping: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by emailing us at tofuito.ca@gmail.com with your order number. Cancelled pre-orders are refunded as TOFUITO store credit for the full amount paid. Store credit does not expire.
• If your pre-order is delayed: If we cannot ship by the estimated date shown on the product page, we will contact you by email. You may then choose to keep waiting, or to cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.
• After delivery: Once your pre-order has been delivered, our standard 30-day return policy above applies.
